The GS1000 limit value relays can be used for monitoring in process and automation systems using analog voltage or current signals. The instrument can also function with wide range of temperature sensor, resitance thermometers RTD and thermocouples. 
The device consist of either 1 or 2 relays each with settable control points. The actions of the relays are programmed by dip switches according to the table shown here.

There are 3 versions of the unit, 2 for Analog signals and one for temperature

Type A) The analog voltage/current version allows control of all parameters that can be converted into standard analog control signals, i.e. 0/4 ... 20 mA, 0/2 ... 10 V DC and also has a resistance input. The analog inputs are set up by dip switches to cover the different ranges of DC voltage or current

Type B) Similar to type A but includes a transmitter supply voltage 16V for 2-wire-transmitters (4...20 mA) in addition to the standard analog signals but without the resistance input by potentiometer

Type Temperature) The temperature version can accept signals from different temperature sensor for different temperature ranges - you choose the sensor and range to suit your application when ordering

RTD (PT100) temperature measurement for 2- or 3-wire sensors. The true value output is linear to the temperature.

Thermocouple temperature measurement with Fe-CuNi, NiCr-Ni or PtRh-Pt sensors. Built-in cold junction compensation.

There is also an analog output signal which scales the input into a corresponding DC output signal of 0-10V, 0-20mA or 4-20mA
