Food - Digital Thermometers Description
The 2100 series of meters were designed for the food industry - featuring highly accurate T type thermocouple probes and IP67 waterproof housing and Lumberg connector. Can be cleaned with a toothbrush.

Accuracy ±0.2ºC/0.4ºF over range -20ºC to +70ºC/-4ºF to +158ºF ±0.1% rdg ±0.2ºC/0.4ºF elsewhere
