HU25 Maxi Plus Horizontal Description
|
The Maxi-Plus horizontal gel units have been designed for the rapid screening of PCR products. When using a 96 well PCR machine all samples can be screened on a single gel. Loading is simple with a standard multi-channel pipette. The unit is supplied with a UV transparent tray for easy visualization. For different numbers of samples a range of alternative combs can be used. As there are 12 comb positions up to 624 samples can be separated on a single gel. The Gel casting gates which have silicone rubber edge gasket, fit into a removable gel casting tray for leak free gel pouring.
Maxi Plus - Cooled CH-U25
Max plus units have the same features but with a cooling base. Cooling allows the gel to run at higher voltages for quicker run time without loss of resolution
