Terms of Trade and Returns Policy

Generally speaking all sales are final

You may be eligible for a return under the following circumstances

You received the wrong item

We failed to deliver in a timely manner with respect to an agreed deadline.

The product was damaged or defective ( warranty claim). We will repair or replace the item.

You mistakenly ordered the wrong part
You must report this to us within 7 days to get a return goods authorization.
Items must be returned unused in their original condition in their original packing with all the documentation.
You will still be charged for shipping on the original and replacement items.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee depending on our assessment of the returned items.

If you are unsure as to the suitability of a product to your purpose you should call and discuss your application with one of our engineers before you purchase. We do not sell on an approval basis.
